We hope you will print the attached letter in one of your FMCA issues. Having personally dealt with several dealers when purchasing new RVs, most often frustrated by their service department arguing the cost of getting something wired, leveled or straightened in a reasonable time, our experience with this dealership was beyond expectation. Maybe a little good news about a dealership could squeeze its way into your magazine.

Having read so many articles from frustrated readers who have had bad sales experience with an RV dealer, we want to let you know it is possible to have a really positive experience. We took delivery of our 2007 coach from DeMartini RV Dealership in Wakarusa, IN, located close to Elkhart. This dealer's primary location is in California; however, they opened a second location in Indiana closes to many of the RV factories in that area. At this location, service manager Tim Rhoades and his technicians, Scott and JC looked after all the issues we identified on the coach with a positive, can do attitude. They were not satisfied until we told them we were happy with each item. As full-timers, they were constantly considerate of our comfort and convenience.
In addition to our pleasure with the work, we arrived during the coldest weather this area has ever experienced. One morning the temperature was -12° with winds about 25MPH, punctuated with 12" of snow. During the time we were there, Tim returned to the dealership in the evenings to be sure we were safe and did not have any needs. This he did whether we were in the old coach or the new unit. While there, never once did they cause us to feel they had done enough and we needed to be on our way. This even included Tim and Scott returning on Saturday to handle one item and a second test drive before departing.
We cannot adequately express our satisfaction with this dealership and would quickly recommend them to anyone without reservation.
