Kevin,
Thanks so much for the help this afternoon.
Thankfully, with your help the problem was easily solved.
Please pass my gratitude on to Steve also. Tell him my next purchase will be a "talking" circuit tester.
There is a reason your shop has such a good reputation. Word, good and bad, travels fast in the RV community.
Your willingness to go the extra mile wins you more loyal customers.
Feel free to share my comments with the boss, or send me his email address and I will tell him myself.

I have used DeMartini service department
several times for repairs to my 2004 Windsor motorhome. Their
technical expertise, attention to detail and commitment to customer
service and satisfaction is unsurpassed.
Recently I purchased a new toad and took it to
a shop close to my home to install the M&G breaking system and wire
the tail lights. After returning to the shop twice for
adjustment and repair, they were still not able to get the system to
work correctly. Since DeMartini set up my last toad, I decided to
take it to them to see what they could do even though it was quite a
bit further from home. Their technician, Steve Baldwin,
immediately identified the issues with the breaking system and tail
light wiring and was able to quickly make the necessary repairs and
adjustments. Best of all, their Service Manager, Kevin Parker,
worked with me to provide documentation which helped me get a refund
from the other shop.
Another issue DeMartini service department has
been able to successfully resolve was a very illusive problem with
my tank monitoring system. After working on the system the
first time and solving most of the problem, there were still some
lingering issues with inaccurate readings. After discussing this
with Kevin Parker, he was eager to resolve the problem to my
complete satisfaction, insisting he would not be happy until I was
happy. While I waited, service technician Chris Wackerly replaced a
sensor and adjusted the calibration to make the system work as
designed.
Another noteworthy person in their service
department is Jason Paul. In previous visits, he has gone out
of his way to successfully resolved difficult issues with several
components on my motorhome.
Even though DeMartini is a three hour trip, it
is well worth the extra time. I know when I have them do the
work, it will be done correctly and they will not rest until I am
completely satisfied. I wish I could get this level of service
everywhere I go.

Dear Jay,
John and I cannot thank you enough for the time,
energy and effort you put into assisting in helping us decide
what to buy for our first
new RV! It is never
pleasant, for me, to do this type of shopping. You made the
experience a good one.
Sadly, I have not had "good"
experiences in the past when it comes to dealing with sales
personnel. But you changed my experience completely.
I wish every person walking into the DeMartini Dealership could
have the exact experience we had with you. But I know you can
only work so many hours!
You went above and beyond by
continuing to answer questions that I really should have directed
elsewhere. Again, you are so great to work with, we kept
coming back to you even after the sale!
Thanks again Jay.
Sincerely,
John and Mary

Good Evening,
I just wanted to say, I wish I knew about
DeMartini before I purchased my Monaco at Paul Everets in Fresno. I
have heard from just about everyone I run into on the road that
DeMartini follows up and takes care of you after the sale.
I have had my RV for 13 months, of which it has
been in the dealership over half that time. I was treated very well
during the purchase, but after that it went down hill. I have
talked to so many about the service after the sale, and the great
attitudes everyone has there. That is certainly not the case with
Paul Everets.
I am sure you are well aware of how many people
praise your business everyday, but I thought I would take a few
minutes to pass it on anyway.
Nice to know there are still RV dealers who are
honest and caring about their customers from day one.

I want to convey my sincere appreciation to a member of your staff
(Mr. Carl Riemann) for providing my wife and I with outstanding
customer support recently.
I called Carl to see if I could get warranty assistance with a
radio that burned out in my 2010 Quest. Carl gave me specific
instructions to ship him the defective radio. In less than two weeks
Carl had coordinated with fleetwood and had the new radio rushed
back to us. I did not expect such fast and reliable service.
In addition to this I had sent a note to Carl to see if I could
recover the cost of having a local radio shop remove and replace the
radio plus the shipping and insurance costs. I did not expect
reimbursement on this. Carl told me he would talk to fleetwood and
see if he could get reimbursement. Today I received a check from
DeMartini covering the total expenses!
I can assure you that I will pass the word around and let others
know of this great after sales customer support I received from
Demartini. You can also give my name and phone number to your
potential customers for a good reference from us. There are few
dealerships that take care of customers after the sales are made.
We are extremely satisfied with the 2010 Quest we purchased in
October last year and it has been trouble free after 6,500 miles.
The buying experience with Jon Demartini was excellent, courteous
and without pressure from our first contact by e-mail until
the transaction was completed. All the numbers we discussed were
explained clearly and there was no confusion. Jon let us stay at the
dealership overnight to try all the systems in the rv to make sure
everything worked properly. He provided two technicians to do all
the minor adjustments the next day until we were ready to
travel. The RV was delivered out of state without a hitch. Everyone
treated us with courtesy and promptness. We were given a full tank
of fuel to start on our way back to Idaho. All the documentation was
in order when we stopped at the Idaho port of entry and later
registered it with no problems when we arrived home.
This professionalism and care that Carl has provided for us is the
icing on the cake and a perfect example of a great dealership that
cares about the customer. Please thank him for us. We will consider
you first when the time comes to purchase a new RV.
Thank You.

Hello Jon
I wanted to thank you for having the new
Fleetwood Encounter motor home ready for us and how smooth the
transaction went last week. We were really impressed with the
dealership and especially that the motor home was out front all set
to go.
I had a few minor warranty problems on the way
back – radio cut out, air conditioner hose drip etc – but it ran
like a charm across country. I have set up with Sicards RV in
Ontario Canada to do the repairs for next week
Please pass along to Richard (as I called him
on the way back) that the items are being fixed and thanks for his
help.

Dear Tim &Jon
We wish to express our
gratitude for inviting us who came from a far foreign country as it
is warm. It was able to enjoy travel once in the United States by
the favor externals. The repair came in the favor of appropriate
assistance of Jon when breaking down and [de] came smoothly. Thank
you for buying RV at the homecoming by a good price moreover. We
bought RV with DeMartini RV Sales and were lucky.
The second son also leaves
the hospital, it recuperates at home, and it settles down. I think
it is already safe.
We think about the
construction of RV PARK on Grass Valley. Sorry to trouble you, but
please teach how much the price does though I want near land where
Idaho Maryland Rd and Brunswick Rd intersect by three acres.
It looks forward to the day
when it can encounter it again.
Thanks Sincerely

Dear Mr. DeMartini,
It is with pleasure that I take this
opportunity to commend you and your company.
DeMartini RV is truly a Class Act. This is
true for both Sales and Service. Your new facility is exceptional.
Nate Davey, RV Sales, was patient and helpful.
He led us to the right coach for our needs and had good answers to
our questions during the process.
You deserve to be proud of your Service and
Parts department. We received excellent service and found Kevin
Parker, Larry Fontez, Steve Baldwin, Rich Derrad, and Lonnie Green
to be very knowledgeable and experienced.
Not surprising for a new Coach, we did have
an electrical glitch including a slide out malfunction. This
problem was quickly identified and a new part promptly ordered and
installed.
Thanks for the excellent Service.

Tim - I just wanted to reiterate
what I said to you the other day. Dealing with
DeMartini's when we recently purchased a used motorhome
was nothing but a pleasure. We were in the market for
a used motorhome and we had a long, long list of items
on our wishlist. However, we were quite budget
challenged!
It all started when my husband and
I decided it was time for me to retire and for us to hit
the road, something we have both dreamed of for some
time. I am an avid internet researcher, and for weeks I
combed through countless rv ads, from Ebay to Florida.
We had looked a few for sale and came across an ad for
one of your used motorhomes. It was a Sunday, and I
didn't realize that your Grass Valley location was
closed. However, I happened to get you on your cell
phone, and you directed me to your Sacramento site.
There, we met Bob, who took the time to walk us through
several of the motorhomes there as well as educating us
on Rvs in general. I learned more from Bob in an hour
than I did from all of my weeks of internet research! We
didn't find what we wanted that day, but at Bob's
suggestion we went to your Grass Valley location to
check out the used ones there. This time, we met Jay,
and he walked us through several of the motorhomes. We
were impressed with Jay's easy going attitude and the
wealth of information we were able to gather. Again, we
didn't find what we wanted in our price range, but
talking to Jay helped us narrow down what we wanted. We
knew we would just have to wait for one to come along
that we could afford. Jay had given us his cell phone
number, and we called him a few times for advice.
A few weeks later, you told me you
had just taken in a motorhome in trade that would be
perfect for Jesse and I. We raced up there and saw it
before it ever hit the lot. You offered it to us at
such a good price (one thing I did learn on the internet
was how much these types of motorhomes were selling
for), we didn't even try to negotiate. Your office got
us great financing, and, when we came to pick our
motorhome up, all the people involved in our walkthrough
were fantastic.
Thanks again for everything - you
have the best customer service we've come across in a
long time. It's easy to understand why your dealership
is a top seller even in this economy!

Tim,
I wanted to communicate to you the great
job done by your service department on my last visit. Starting
at the top, Kevin did a great job as usual, but I wanted to call
out the exceptional job done by the techs, Jason and Steve, who
worked on my 2009 Camelot QDP. Sometimes I can be a pain in the
neck with all my questions etc, but Jason and Steve took the
time to answer and explain to my satisfaction exactly what was
wrong and what they were doing to correct the problem. Your
reputation for sales is legendary and now I can say you have a
service department that is very complementary to your
dealership.
As I mentioned in our conversation, you
have a large number of loyal and satisfied customers based upon
their sales experience with your organization and you should
capitalize on that loyalty with an aggressive promotion of the
service department and the after-market services/equipment that
you can offer—M&G brake systems, Bilstein or Koni replacement
shocks, tire pressure monitoring systems etc. Remember your
customers mostly fall into the category of “boy and their toys”
and they are willing to spend on them.
I will continue to be a traveling
advertisement for Nate Davey (our salesperson), your service
department and your entire organization, because you are fair,
honest and know how to treat customers.
Sincerely,
David E. Boisselle

We want to thank you again for the
great experience we had buying our new Endeavor. All of the
people we dealt with went way beyond our expectations. Jay
was always right there to answer any questions we had. Jon
was very good at explaining all the paper work we had to
fill out and Lloyd was great showing and telling us about
the area on our way to Reno. The whole atmosphere at
DeMartini RV was just like one big family. Thanks for
taking the time to help me get my laptop set up so I could
use it and for letting us stay there with our motorhome.
We had a nice trip home and hope to enjoy the Endeavor for
many years to come.
It looks like Pat has said it
all. The pull down shades came yesterday so will have them
put on next Wed.. Thank you very much. It's going in to
the neighbors garage in 2 weeks so I can start polishing on
this one. I talked to Mr. King who bought our coach. He is
very pleased with it. Thank you again.

My wife and I
recently took delivery of our new 2009 40 foot QDP Camelot from
DeMartini RV in Grass Valley. We ordered it from Jon in June and
traded in our 2002 Endeavor. This is the second new coach we have
purchased from DeMartini and the experience was just as wonderful
this time as it was five years ago. After the coach arrived we had
DeMartini install some additional items for us. Everyone was
wonderful and most helpful. Kevin and his crew in the service
department did an outstanding job. As with any motorhome there a
few minor problems which manifested them selves after delivery, but
we are headed to the factory to have them fixed.
We have been very
satisfied with Monaco and their attention to us after purchase in
the past and I know we will find the same to be true in the future.
We want to thank
Jon, Tim, and their staff. We could not be more pleased with the way
they treated us. They gave us a more than fair trade in price and a
no hassle fair price on our new unit. If I could buy a new car in
such a hassle free manner and be treated the same way I would be
driving new cars more frequently.
I honestly believe
anyone considering the purchase of a Monaco product should not do so
without talking to Demartini. We recommend them highly and without
hesitation.

We
couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding service
provided by Kevin and his team. Kevin took the time,
when we picked up the coach, to go over all of the repairs.
Since the front slide had had four failures in the eight
months we owned the coach, we were quite concerned about
it’s operation. Kevin had us operate the slide, explained
that they had cleaned and lubricated the mechanisms, and
assured us the slide was now working properly. He went on to
explain the problem they had found and fixed with the front
air conditioner, and then said that they had noticed the
coach leaning after it was parked for a period of time. He
said that they had found and repaired an air leak that was
causing this. This particular problem I hadn’t even
mentioned when the coach was brought in because I had had
this looked at both at Monaco, Harrisburg and our local
service center and neither could find a problem. I assumed
this was one we would need to live with, and having it
resolved was a pleasant surprise.
Our hats off to Kevin and his team for some outstanding
service, they deserve a big pat on the back and Thank You
for their efforts.
We sincerely hope that you and your team can weather the
current economic challenges and can continue as the
outstanding dealer we feel you are.
Sincerely,
Pat/John Curcija

We were lucky to get our shades replaced so
quickly by JD and his team when we went back for some warranty
work. They went over to the factory themselves and selected and
brought the shades back to put them in. Wonderful!
Hope you saw our praises of all of them on
the RV blog. Your people in Wakarusa are fabulous and treated us
like family. Believe me when I say that if we are anywhere
nearby, that's where we would head for warranty work and
service. For something really major we would even take the trip
from here to Indiana. There was no comparison to our experience
in Tampa with our first coach. There, once we signed on the
dotted line, the attention to customers was gone. Not at your
place.
Please let them know how much we noticed
the difference between them and other dealers and service
facilities. They really treated us like family and we won't
forget it.
Have a good summer.

Last week my wife and I took
delivery of a 2009 Camelot 40QDP at your Grass Valley
dealership. We could go on and on about the quality of our
new coach but I would rather talk about the quality of the
people involved in the process.
First there is Jay Griffin.
We first met Jay at an RV show about a year ago. Jay spent
a great deal of time talking to us about the product and
rv'ing in general as we are newbies to the lifestyle. We
then e-mailed Jay prior to the big show in Pleasanton earlier this year. Jay made
arrangements for us to get complementary tickets for the
show. Again he spent a great deal of time with us going
over details of the Camelot line as well as available
financing, etc.
Last month we made the
decision to purchase our dream coach. After numerous phone
calls and e-mails back and forth, we had an appointment to
meet with Jay at the dealership. Jay even arranged for a
complimentary hotel room for us since we live quite a
distance from Grass Valley. We arrived at the dealership and
spent the rest of the day going over the features of various
models and taking a test drive. Once we made the decision
to purchase it, Jay got the ball rolling with credit
applications, insurance information, etc., etc.
Jay then
introduced us to Steve Baldwin in the parts department.
Steve discussed various satellite systems with us as well as
the pros and cons of various towing systems for our
tow-behind. Once the decisions were made, Steve was
instrumental in making sure that the extra equipment we
ordered was installed before we picked our coach up the
following week.
Then there is Mike. When we
picked up our coach the following week, Mike spent plenty of
time discussing the satellite system that he installed for
us.
Throughout our contact with
each of these guys, they all gave us their cell phone
numbers and urged us to call them if we had any questions or
concerns with any of our equipment. These guys are the
epitome of professionalism and you are very fortunate to
have them on your staff. Judging by the quality of the
people we have dealt with, its no wonder your company is so
successful.

De Martini RV is well known in the industry as having a great
reputation, and I'm impressed with website pictures of your new
facility in Grass Valley. Concerning High End Luxury Class A you are
without a doubt the biggest dealer in Northern Calif. There are few
in number so it seems you have the market cornered.
Southern California too far for after sale support, so in Northern
California dealers are limited: Alpine RV in Morgan Hill advertises
only Medium Class A. Pan Pacific RV no longer carries High End
Travel Supreme, so there stock is limited to Medium Class A. Not
interested in Dan Gamel. Others that come to mind are too new to be
established.
But your location is 3+ hours drive from South Bay Area. This makes
after sales support difficult. Personally I don't understand why you
don't have a facility central to the bay area???
I'm not in the market for a RV now but hope to be able someday. So I
regularly follow your website, dream, and try to keep up with what's
new concerning Luxury Class A.
I wish you the best in your new facility, and keep up the good work
I hear so often.
Thanks,

Last week we were on the road when we
overloaded the circuit that runs the TV and the kitchen plugs.
After checking all the breakers and fusses and found everything
OK I called an electrician. They couldn’t find anything and the
called Holiday Rambler for help. HR told them it sounded like
the main circuit board was burned out.
A few days later I called your Service
Department to schedule an appointment and Lonnie answered the
phone. He asked about our inverter and asked if I would go out
and check the switches and one was tripped. I switched it back
and everything worked again. I sure wish I would have called and
talked to Lonnie first as it was a long week without TV in the
evening and no power in the kitchen and bath.
THANKS Lonnie, you know your stuff!
A 2003 Endeavor owner.

First off, we
would like to say thank you, for bringing to the public an
RV Dealership that really does show integrity, and
professionalism.
We had almost
given up. We have traveled to other dealerships; Grass
Valley, Sacramento, San Jose, Gilroy, Modesto, Turlock, and
many more over the two past years. We have purchased a 5th
Wheel, Class A Motor Homes, over the years. We have dealt
mainly with the well known names in the field. Most of the
time the sales force were courteous, but, not always well
informed on the unit of interest to us. Then the visit with
the finance director, again some were knowledgeable, but,
not always people savvy.
After you made
your purchase, the sales man left, and you were on your
own. Then the dread of going to the Maintenance Shop for
check-ups or repairs. If you were on warranty, then your
work was the last done, as the dealer would do cash jobs
first, as he would not have to wait for his money. One time
we waited over 2 months for our unit to be returned. So, as
the story goes they had ya.....
Here is our
story about DeMartini; We found you folks on the web. We
made a trip to Sacramento, and were met a fellow by the name
of Les. No pressure, we were asked what we were looking for
and then shown what was available in our price range. Les,
even left us alone for a time and then came back and ask if
we had any questions? Didn't really find anything at that
time, but Les suggested that we go on up to Grass Valley and
talk with a fellow by the name of John. So we did.
Again we were
shown what was available, and John was very well informed of
what was in the inventory in Grass Valley, and what was
coming into inventory in Sacramento. John advised us of a
unit he felt would meet our needs, and was within our price
range, back in Sacramento. So, he called Les, and had the
unit picked that very day, and we went back to Sacramento
and found the unit that we were looking for. Thank you John
and Les.
Another
outstanding thing that was observed, in each used vehicle
that we went into was, so clean, even the upholstery, window
trimmings, etc. No other dealer has the cleaning staff that
De Martini does. They really do shine.
Les,
our salesman, was very friendly, courteous, and assured us
that he would be involved with us even after the sale. If
we had any challenges, or questions, feel free to call him.
Another WOW! Rodney, the Finance Manger was also,
courteous, and explained things well, and was always upfront
about the purchase of the unit.
We
sincerely, thank all of the team that was involved in the
search and purchase of out new Diesel Pusher. You can be
assured that we will tell all of our friends, and anyone we
can about you folks.
Teamwork in action is what your motto should be. Thank you
taking pride in your work.

Dear Tim,
Walt and I just want to let you know what a
wonderful, rewarding experience we had at your Indiana dealership.
We have had many frustrating, irritating experiences on the East
coast with dealerships in Georgia and Florida. Most of them don’t
seem to understand many of the newer Monaco systems and they are not
100% truthful in what they tell you. We have had problems with the
refrigerator 3 months after we took delivery. And the DVD/Radio
system has been replaced three times and is finally working after
about a year. But the main reason for this letter is to let you
know that JD at the Indiana Dealership is excellent, efficient,
kind, courteous and does what he says he will do. He and Scott
treated us very well and met all of our RV needs and then some. We
couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We finally got the
vinyl repaired, which was damaged, at your facility before we took
delivery. All across Georgia and Florida we were never able to find
a vinyl repairman. So now, at last, our RV looks brand new again.
Please let JD and Scott know that they were
appreciated and they did an excellent job of representing you.
We are on our way back to California and have
had a great year touring the Eastern part of the US. We love our
lifestyle and are happier now with our choice of purchasing a
Holiday Rambler.
Yours truly,

I want to commend you for putting together an organization that is a
pleasure to work with. I purchased my fourth RV from you in April.
Nate was my sales person. He was a professional in every sense of
the word.
After I had the RV for several months I had accumulated several
items that needed repair. I live in the Bay Area and found it very
difficult to get reliable warranty work done After two months of
frustration with Monaco and a local service center I made an
appointment with your service center.
The minute I started working with Kevin I realized that I had
finally found a service center that really cared about their
customers. Not only did he
take care of the problems that the other service center failed to
do, but he fixed everything on the RV including items that Monaco
said they would not cover. Everyone in your service center has been
great.
Thank You for creating such an environment.

DeMartini's.... Thank You!
I purchased a 2008 Dynasty this week from Tim DeMartini and did the
paperwork with Jon. It was a pleasure to do business with these two
sincere and likable people. I traveled from Montana to trade in my
old coach and pick up the Dynasty. I made the deal on the phone with
Tim and when I got there the papers were ready and the whole buying
process took less than an hour. In addition, Tim had my new coach
waxed and a trailer brake controller installed at no cost to me. Tim
earned his place in my "Do business with again" file. I will
definitely refer anyone interested in an RV to Tim & Jon.
I have owned 3 diesel pushers and the buying experience at
DeMartini's was the best by far.
And on a side note, their internet site is the best one around for
viewing inventory. I did hours of research on the web and each time
I would look at other other dealers web sites I became frustrated
they did not provide the vast photos, window sticker and comments
that the DeMartini's web site offers. Thank you DeMartini brothers!

Mr. Tim
DeMartini
December 11, 2006
Last September, my wife,
Nancy, and I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2007 Endeavor
from Mr. Rod Martin. This was our first motorhome and your
staff took the extra steps to ensure we had the prerequisite
knowledge and driving skills to make it safely home to
Illinois. Both Rod and Mr. Tim Rhodes took time out of
their busy schedules to ride with us to make sure we
understood the meaning of wide right turns. The three days
we spent at the dealership experiencing the delivery process
and their tremendous customer service is enough to warrant
this letter, but our subsequent visit to the dealership for
service mandates that I write about our experience.
Approximately 9 days after
arriving back home with our Endeavor, we launched out to
Florida for a family reunion and general tour of the
southeast. After 6 weeks on the road covering 3000+ miles,
we limped into Wakarusa with a full page of issues from our
shakedown cruise including no headlights and a funky
electrical system (i.e. coach is signaling a right turn and
toad is signaling a left turn). I had given Tim Rhodes a
call a few days prior to arriving but failed to mention the
magnitude or number of problems we had. My wife and I were
discussing various plans of action based on the fact that we
needed to be back home very soon and the obvious time that
would be needed to solve all the coach problems. We arrived
Thurs afternoon and the crew of Tim Rhodes, Brian Bovont and
Scott Davidson started Fri morning working on the problems.
Our expectations at best were that the headlights would be
fixed and we would either return later for the other issues
or leave the coach and pick it up when we could (we have a
very busy winter planned at home).
To our surprise and delight,
Tim, Brian and Scott addressed and fixed every problem on
our punch list, requiring them to work on the coach Sat
morning so we could be home by Sat evening.
To say our expectations of
your dealership on the purchase and service of the Endeavor
was met is a serious understatement. I had read many
laudatory comments about your dealership online and that was
one of the reasons I purchased the Endeavor from your
dealership. We are pleased with our decision to do so and
will share that with our friends. Our thanks to all of your
folks in Wakarusa and our wishes for a happy and prosperous
holiday season.

Jon,
I wanted to send you a quick note to
thank you for making our buying experience so pleasant. We
felt at ease during the entire time! Ron Worley was also a
perfect person to drive us to Reno. His knowledge of the
motorhome and experience driving many different MH's helped me
understand what the coach was really capable of. We even got to
test the brakes once!
Deb is also very happy and wanted me to
mention again that the testimonials on RV.net are really well
deserved and that they highly influenced our decision to shop
and purchase from your website. By the way you do have one of
the best websites: pictures, pictures, pictures, that's what
catches peoples attention-keep it up!
We made it home fine. The motorhome ran
and drove great - hills no problem, winding roads no problem.
It only took me about a 100 miles to get used to driving one
again - which was lucky as I had to do a quick maneuver to get
out of the way of a wild semi tractor trailer rig that wanted
the whole of the three lane express way. This motorhome is our
new standard - its stability and maneuverability is awesome!
Again, THANK YOU IMMENSELY

I recently bought an RV from
DeMartini RV sales and was very satisfied with my purchase.
I am even more satisfied now, then when I left the sales
lot.
Previously, I had been overseas
for 7 years. Returning to the States, I was cautious about
sales people, especially car lots when I was referred to
DeMartini. After all, it's a jungle out there. Jay and
Nate seemed to have sensed my apprehension and recommended
that I do some Internet research on their company's
reputation before making any decision towards a
purchase. But then Jay said two things that immediately put
me at ease. He said, 1) We don't work on commission here.
All of our sales staff are on salary so we have nothing to
gain on each sale, and 2) We have to run an honest
business because we have to live in this town.
Shortly after that, I bought a
Jeep Wrangler from a dealer in Fairfield and felt like I was
barraged by every high-pressure sales tactic in the
book. The Fairfield dealer made me really appreciate the
folks at DeMartini. It's great to see a business working on
a good reputation instead of working on a commission.

Ron, we asked for prices on several of
your coaches--the Sunrise was one of them.
Remember us--we bought the 34 ft. HR
Admiral Tuesday, 5/30. We just wanted to say what a
pleasant surprise it was dealing with you guys. Everything
was so easy--we got what we thought was a good price,
but most important of all, not having to haggle or play
games. You and Loren took care of everything. We both
agree, it was worth driving to Indiana on those horrible
roads. Everyone we came in contact with at your dealership
was outgoing and friendly. Such a huge difference from some
we met at the three dealerships we tried to buy from here in
Atlanta metro area. Even your service guys were friendly
and outgoing.
We've already talked to three friends
who came over to look at our new coach about checking out
your web site.
We took our time driving back to
Georgia--got in around 6 p.m. yesterday. Husband almost
"wiped out" the driver's side on our fence getting it in
yard. Luckily, he was able to move away without putting
scratch on it. Most important of all, it fits in yard and
we can close and lock fence. Husband worried all the way
home that it wouldn't fit.
We appreciate all your help in making
the process so easy. Other dealerships should take lessons
from you guys.

Let me start by saying that you
have the most polite salesman that I have ever dealt with.
We started looking for a newer motorhome last spring and
that is when we meet Les. Over a period of a few months les
kept looking and so did we. In November we found what we
wanted a 97 southwind with slide and 35 feet Les made it
happen for us. We are still waiting for a couple of parts to
come in so we can finish up but I feel your organization is
doing an outstanding job and we will wait for the
manufacture to ship the parts. When they come in I feel
Carol will treat us as well as Les and Rodney already have.
It is a real pleasure to do business with an organization
like yours.
Ps
We sent a friend to you and they are as happy as we are.

Demartini's,
We purchased a coach from Demartini's
in Sacramento a couple of months ago. We visited many other
dealers and we were frustrated, until we met Bob. We would
like to share our experience with your company.
Our salesman was Bob. His personality
is dynamic. He was an absolute pleasure to do business
with. We never felt any pressure from him to buy. He knows
a lot about the coaches that he's selling. We've called him
several times for advice and opinions concerning our coach.
He always first has something nice to say and then answers
my questions. We think Bob is great.
We also had the pleasure to work with
Rodney. Our paper work went very smoothly with him. He
gave us a great deal. He has also taken several calls from
us and has helped us out every time.
Their honesty and their willing to help
us out is very much appreciated. They even stayed late for
us one evening.
We had the best experience with your
company. These two men down at your Sacramento Office are
wonderful. We will definitely tell our friends and family
that the place to go is Demartini's.
Our 2006 Monaco Diplomat is a blast.
We love it!!
Thank you ---Greg and Laura Tubbs

On 30 June, 2004 our 2001 Endeavor, 40
foot pusher was burnt to the ground (along with 12 others)
while in storage here in Southern California. Luckily we had
the best insurance available, GMAC. We were told that we had
full replacement coverage
and GMAC asked us to shop around for a new 05 with the
colors and floor plan we liked.
Eva and I put the miles on in the car
and went to five Endeavor and Diplomat dealers (are we stuck
on Monaco?) from San Diego to Riverside. The sales people
were reluctant and hesitant that we would really get full
replacement (insurance deal) and all wanted $ now, to hold
it...you know the story. Our Ins. company told us to not
make any deals or put and money down, just inform them on
the unit we like and the dealership location. We were able
to view many coaches and narrowed the search down to our #1
and #2.
Three weeks later, Tim DeMartini called
us at home. The buyers for GMAC are impressed with previous
transactions with DeMartini. Tim asked of our desires and
informed us that he had an 05 Limited Edition, in silver and
black with Windsor interior and sent website photos. We were
in the car two days later, a 950 mile round trip drive to
Grass Valley and we were welcomed by Tim. Coach was
beautiful, late at night now, spent the night, and the next
day, we decided this was the one.
Tim recorded all of the components that
were on our 01 that were not on the 05 (not many, sat. dome,
solar, and tow bar set up) and he said that he will work
with the Insurance company. We headed home that day. A week
later, our Insurance company called and said that the coach
is ours. We drove back up to Grass Valley, everything was in
place and I must say; with superior workmanship on the
installations. It was ours, we were hooked-up and on the
road in three hours, only 32 days elapsed since the fire...
We are not rookies, this is our 7th
motor home and we had the most
pleasant experience, ever, with DeMartini.
Jon made the paperwork-thing smooth, Timothy was great on
the walk through and a special thanks to Tim for the
matching leather recliner, ottoman and computer desk/corian
top. You went above and beyond.

Hi, I just took delivery June 29, 2005 of a 2005 Holiday Rambler
Admiral SE 33 PBD. I never in my wildest dreams thought I could
afford this wonderful coach. This is my 4th RV and I am the only
driver due to the fact my husband is legally blind. From the moment
I went into the DeMartini dealership in Sacramento, I felt they were
a caring, no pressure dealership and quite a change for the other
ones I had visited recently. There was no pressure when I left
saying I loved the coach but felt it was to much money for me and to
much coach for me. Well, after a night of pure torment in my own
mind and a long long discussion with my husband, I called them the
next day and got an unbelievable price, a great trade in on mine and
a very low interest rate and DeMartini's made it affordable for me.
I went in on Monday and signed the papers saying I wanted her on
Wednesday so I could go to a pre-planned beach trip over the 4th and
she was ready for me when I got there Wednesday. I worked mainly
with Loren and Rod however I did talk to Jon on the phone. I have
never ever in my life had such square shooting people to work with
than these people. I absolutely love my new coach. She is on a
Workhorse chassis, with a Vortec engine and an Allison 5 speed
tranny. She handles like a dream and I can even make a U-turn in
her. I feel safe driving her and I am still pinching myself thinking
I am in a dream as this coach is my dream come true.
Thank you DeMartini RV for being so customer savvy. You are great to
say the least and a real leader in this industry.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Holiday-Rambler motorhome
from DeMartini RV. I shopped dealers throughout the country via the
internet and found DeMartini to be the the best priced dealer out
there. We made the deal on the telephone and everything was exactly
as advertised when we arrived at DeMartini's Grass Valley,
California, location. After picking up our unit and driving it home
to Wyoming from California, we had the bad timing and luck to get a
recall notice from the factory. Nate Davey, DeMartini's lead
salesman, helped us through the paper work and got our coach taken
care of. This is great service from a dealer after the sale was over
and who could have easily brushed us off to the factory. We highly
recommend DeMartini for not only their prices, but their
consideration for their customers.

Tim, As I mentioned before my
wipers had stopped on my last trip just before we arrived
home. I called your service dept. and service adviser put me
in touch with Kevin, he immediately contacted MONACO and
Barry, Kevin and I had a conference call. They then emailed
be a picture and we determined what was clunking causing the
wiper linkage to bind....I made a small adjustment and noise
is gone and I ran wipers for 10 minuets and all appears OK.
This is the second time I called your dealership with a
problem and both times you and your employees went above and
beyond to help me fix both of the problems on the spot. I
realize it would be much easier to advise me to contact
MONACO and wait to be repaired...but your level of customer
service made my issues easy to deal with. As you know I go
out of my way to recommend DeMartini RV for sales, and now
you can rest assured I will promote your customers service
after the sale as #1.

Dear Demartinis! For those of you who come to this website and
take a minute to read the testimonials, I have one for you.
Chances are if you have gotten this far, you have seen the
Demartini name on the internet a few times. And, like I found,
there were no disparaging words to be found….that seemed odd to
me given the wide range opinions and comments that seemed to be
the case for just about every other RV professional or
dealership I ever read about! Maybe somewhere, someone had a
problem with Demartini, it is hard to please EVERYONE, but I can
confirm to anyone interested that these guys are for real…and so
are all the compliments!
I have been thinking, looking and wrestling with the decision
to buy an RV for a solid year…to say nothing of the gas vs.
diesel question. Hell, they might be glad to be done with me!
Like many, I started out with C class to A class with no slide,
to gas with a slide or two to DP to the new C class diesel and
on and on and around and around. Too, these guy have a solid
website that was very helpful!! How can some of the competition
say ‘Pictures to come soon’…Well in my opinion, they are losing
business…they lost mine! These guys were patient, insightful and
helpful to say the least!
I am a salesman too and I know the value of a
testimonial…these guys deserve one!
Regards and God Bless,
jh
I took delivery yesterday so clearly I am still in the
honeymoon ownership phase, but I know I have an ally and a
resource in these guys for today and down the road…no matter how
far or long this experiment for me lasts!
Thanks guys!

We just wanted to drop you
a note and say how pleased we are with our new coach. It
arrived on time today and everything was in order as we
expected. We've been outside playing in it since we got
home. The delivery drivers were very polite and
informative. They called everyday of the trip to let us know
where they were and update us on their expected arrival
time. We have been very pleased with this transaction and
would definitely shop with you in the future. We appreciate
you getting us the oven from the factory and the install
looks great. Hope we can get out there to California to stop
by and meet face to face. thanks again for everything.
Thanks,

Hi Tim,
Let us introduce ourselves. I’m Mark
Muscardini from Vacaville. My wife Kathy and I have been
looking at R/Vs for over 2 years in anticipation of purchasing
one for our retirement in 2005. When we started our search two
years ago we knew very little about R/Vs. We had no
preconceived ideas about which brand, which dealer or which
style was best for us. We did establish a budget of no more
than $100,000 for the purchase.
It just so happened that a friend purchased
a La Palma from your Sacramento dealership in 2003. He
recommended that I start my search there. He applauded the
Monaco brand as well as the dealership itself. In early 2003 we
drove into your Sacramento dealership and were immediately met
by Les Adair. After introductions Les suggested Kathy and I
take our time and look inside and out at every unit he had on
display without him following us around. He then offered that
if we had any questions that we could come to him for the
answers. We absolutely hate high pressure car dealerships and
were pleasantly surprised by the casual, relaxed atmosphere we
found at DeMartini. We spent several hours looking at the R/Vs
that first day. When we finally summoned Les he answered every
question we had and supplied us with answers to questions we had
not even thought of. We fell in love with the Holiday Rambler
Vacationer that first day but after seeing the MSRP of the
Vacationer we told Les that we probably should look at either a
class C or a lower cost Class A if we wanted to stay within our
budget. He assured us that we could meet our budget and be able
to purchase a Vacationer if that was the unit we ultimately
wanted. He knew we were not in the market to purchase a motor
home that day and he didn’t try to pressure us into accelerating
our decision. He told us to stop by anytime and make ourselves
at home. We continued our education process over the next two
years. We have been to every R/V dealer north of Fresno and we
have been to every major R/V show in California. We looked at
every brand, every size and every option available. We compared
diesel vs. gas. During that two year process Kathy and I came
back to Les untold times to ask questions and make comparisons.
Les never made us feel like we were being pests. He always made
us feel like we were at home.
About three months ago we decided to make
our purchase. After all of the homework we had done we had
decided on a Holiday Rambler Vacationer 36WDD. We had visited
your competitor in Gilroy about a year and a half ago who
offered to beat any deal you made us. We can tell you that no
matter what their deal would have been that was not going to
happen. Kathy and I had made a commitment to each other way
back then, that even if we found a better deal on a Vacationer
elsewhere we would buy our motor home from Les and no one else.
We owed it to him for many reasons not the least of which was
the amount of time he spent educating us on R/Vs.
We ordered our Vacationer about two months
ago. The process was flawless. Rod made sure everything was as
we ordered. Our coach arrived Tuesday of last week in time for
Christmas. Mike and Rod and the service staff worked there
rears off expediting the delivery process so we could take
delivery before Christmas. They knew our families were in town
for the holidays and that we would want to show them our motor
home.
Wednesday evening we picked up the
Vacationer. Jimmy did the walk through with us. He was very
meticulous and went over every detail of the operation of the
coach and the associated warranties. When we left the
dealership we were confident that we could operate everything
without assistance. Jimmy even called the service Department’s
attention to two items he felt needed adjustment before we left
the dealership. Those items were quickly fixed by Mike the
service manager.
Tim, we just felt it very important to let
you know that you have a first class operation in Sacramento and
your staff including Les, Mike, Rod and Jimmy are the best. We
too will recommend DeMartini R/V to our friends as did our
friends back in 2003.
We look forward to many years of traveling
in the Vacationer and you can be assured that if we need service
or ever decide to upgrade to a different model we need look no
further than DeMartini.
Happy New Year,
Mark & Kathy Muscardini

To DeMartini RV,
November 5, 2004
Thank you and your staff,
When I first contacted you and looked at your site, I thought it was
to good to be true, however, I soon discovered that it was not only
true but a wonderful experience.
Can anyone believe that buying a major motorhome would be pleasant
and exciting?
Well, when I decided to trade by 03 Monaco for one with 4 slides my
search led me to DeMartini RV. I not only found the one that had all
the features I wanted, but I have my choice of both the Monaco and a
Holiday Rambler--same size and features.
The pictures on the web site were a wonderful way to get to see all
I needed.
If you are going to buy a motorhome, you can shop around, but the
deal you make with Tim will be better than anyone else. Also John,
Kevin and the others I met were great.
I am glad I drove from Seattle, I came, I saw, I bought, and I am
recommending DeMartini RV without reservation.

DeMartini RV Sales,
We just want to let you know how satisfied we are with the
DeMartini Team. We first heard about your firm at a Monaco
Rally in West Salem, Wisconsin. Our motor home friends, the
Stechers from Minnesota had referred us to your web site,
stating that they had purchased their 2003 Monaco Camelot from
you. They informed us as to how pleased they were with the
transaction as well as the savings. Upon returning from the
rally, I contacted you via the web and was in touch with Tim
immediately. Within a week we took delivery of a new 2004
Camelot that came right off the assembly line that was delivered
to our door, with all of the options that we requested and with
several thousand dollars savings. The driver picked up our 1998
Monaco Windsor and headed for California. As the saying goes
"We are HAPPY Campers."
